3. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

To be effective, your notification must be a written communication that includes the following elements:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right(s) allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL, channel name, date/time).
4. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

4. False Claims and Misrepresentations

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.

5. Our Response to Valid Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
• Notify the user who posted the content, if applicable;
• Terminate repeat infringers’ accounts in appropriate circumstances.

6. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. It must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature;
• Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal;
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake;
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction in Germany.

We will forward your counter-notice to the original complaining party. If no lawsuit is filed within 10 business days, we may restore the content.
